How to form a Private Limited ? 

Simple!!!  True;  it is really simple with the introduction of MCA 21 an electronic filing facility, by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, which enabled e filing of most of Company Affairs.  Come with your friend (As we need minimum two people as promoters/directors). We assume that you have a PAN card. That is Mandatory ( It will take only 10-15 days to get a PAN Card. If don’t have one don’t worry… We will apply that too for you!!. Remaining Documentation we will take care of, and that includes, applying a Digital Signature, Getting Director Identification Number, Preparing Memorandum and Articles of Association etc.

Tough Question  ! It varies from State to State. If you ask us to register a Company in Kerala, we can do it in 5 days. Chennai 15 working days, and Bangalore 20 working days (And even has gone up to 30 working days on peak)
